A little about me……
Racing/Eventing/Participating in the sport of triathlon since 2007.
5 x 140.6 finisher, 7 x 70.3 finisher, and many Olympic and Sprint triathlon finishes. Several podium finishes and an overall female win.
Boston Qualifier, 4x stand-alone marathon finishes, and many half-marathon finishes.
Seattle to Portland (202-mile bike ride in one day) many century bike ride finishes (too many to count). Training with Power/Watts since 2008.
Open water swimming expert. 2m and 5k Open water swimming finisher. Multiple podium finishes.
RA and Fibromyalgia athlete - I understand and apply alternative training methods based on each unique body.
Career - 16 years in the triathlon industry as an e-commerce buyer, analyst, fitness apparel consultant, fit model, planner, and business development specialist.
Practicing mat Pilates for 19 years, frequently for the past 3 years. Currently in the study for Reformer and Cadillac certification.
Created and published two macro-nutrient-based Cook Books for athletes. All proceeds went towards the LLS.
